Greenbrier is an independent product company. We research, design, build, and operate focused software where the quality of the underlying system matters as much as what appears on the screen.
We are drawn to problems that require more than a polished interface: specialized knowledge, disciplined interpretation, responsible data handling, and a clear account of what the product can—and cannot—do.
What we build
We develop and operate our own products from end to end.
That includes the research behind them, the analytical systems that produce their results, the infrastructure that keeps them running, and the interfaces through which people use them.
We operate what we ship. That allows product decisions, technical decisions, and responsibility for the customer experience to remain in the same place.

Focused by design
We build around well-defined problems rather than adding features in search of a purpose. A narrower product can go deeper, explain itself better, and do its actual job more completely.

Complexity made legible
Specialized systems do not need to feel obscure. We design products that expose the information a person needs, in language they can understand, at the moment it becomes relevant.

Privacy, evidence quality, uncertainty, and product limitations are not matters of presentation alone. They belong in the architecture, the data model, and the behavior of the product itself.
Current product
IbisDNA
Private, evidence-led interpretation of the DNA you already own.
IbisDNA analyzes genetic data that a customer already possesses and returns research-grounded interpretation across athletic performance, recovery, nutrition, and long-term health.
Results retain the context that genetic reporting often removes: the strength of the evidence, the likely size of an effect, the difference between direct observation and inference, and the limits of what can reasonably be concluded.
Genetic tendencies are reported as tendencies, never as outcomes.
Product boundaries
Greenbrier develops software products, not clinical services.
IbisDNA does not perform genetic testing, provide medical diagnosis, or replace clinical genetics, genetic counseling, or qualified medical care.
